Hi, I'm Brian. I've spent the last decade in growth, helping startups figure out what actually works to get users, keep them, and scale.

These days, I'm building Paceline Studios , a performance creative studio that makes UGC and influencer content for brands that care about results, not vanity metrics.

Previously, I led growth at Kudos, scaling the business from 5K to 350K+ users after their Seed round. Before that, I was an early hire at Honey where I built out offline marketing through their $4B PayPal acquisition, advised founders on growth at Worklife Ventures , and got my start at MeUndies .

In my spare time, I nerd out on startups, AI, and whatever side project I'm building at the moment.
